Today’s Recipe : Iced Espresso


½ c. French roast coffee or ground
espresso coffee
1 tsp. orange peel, shredded
4 c. water
1 ½ c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
Orange peel strips
Ice cubes
1 tsp. semi sweet chocolate, grated


To begin this recipe you can bring out a percolator or a drip coffee maker. Read the directions on the coffee that you have chosen in order to prepare it, making sure to add in the shredded orange peel as well. When the coffee is done, pour it out into a pitcher that is heat proof and then stir in the milk and the sugar. Place this into the fridge to chill for a minimum of 3 hours or until you are ready to serve. When you are ready to serve, bring out 6
glasses and fill with ice cubes before pouring the coffee mixture on top of the ice. Garnish the drink with the grated chocolate and the orange peel strips before serving.
