8 Tbsp. Thai coffee oliang powder mix
½ c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
To start this recipe, set out the boiling water and mix in the oliang. Let this steep for a few minutes before draining
the mixture out through a cloth sieve into a container. Add in the sugar to this and make sure to mix it all together well. Pour this prepared mixture into a glass with the evaporated milk and the ice before enjoying!
