Today’s Recipe : Mocha and Banana Smoothie & Starbucks Copycat Frappuccino

1- Mocha and Banana Smoothie

1 fully ripe banana
1 c. brewed coffee, cold
1 c. chocolate soy milk
1 container vanilla yogurt, low fat

To begin this recipe, brew up the coffee by following the directions on the package to get it done right. When the coffee is done you can put it into the fridge and allow it to chill. Next, bring out a blender and place the
sliced up banana chunks inside. Add the chilled coffee and puree it until it becomes smooth. When this is smooth, you can add in the rest of the ingredients and whirl the blender until they are all mixed and have become creamy and smooth. At this time, you can add in more soy milk or coffee if you would like in order to adjust around the consistency to what you would like. Pour this into a glass of your choosing and then enjoy. This will make two servings so you can add more if you would need to serve more people.

2- Starbucks Copycat Frappuccino

¾ c. cold and double strength coffee
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. syrup
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. crushed ice
Whipped cream for garnish
Syrup for garnish

To begin this recipe, you can bring out a coffee maker and make the coffee by following the directions on the package. Make sure that you are doubling the coffee to get it really strong for this recipe. Next, you can bring out a blender and place the double strength coffee, milk, syrup, sugar, and crushed ice inside. Blend all of the ingredients together until they are nice and smooth and the consistency that you would like. Pour this mixture into a glass and then garnish with some extra syrup and the whipped cream if you would like. As a note, if you would like you can
substitute some vanilla ice cream instead of using the ice or the milk. You can even use some coffee ice cream instead
of using the ice, milk, and coffee for something that is a little bit different.
