Turkish Coffee

 

What ingredients you will need:

1 cup water

1 tablespoon of extra fine ground coffee (powder consistency)

1⁄8 teaspoon ground cardamom or 1 cardamom pod

sugar (optional)

Directions:

1)Take an ibrik and add sugar and water in it. Bring the water to a boil.

2)If an ibrik is not available you

can also use the small sauce pan that will work too.

3)Remove ibrik from heat and add cardamom and coffee.

4)Again place it over the heat and let it to come to a boil. Wait for the coffee to produce foams, and then remove from the heat.

5)Place it over the heat again and let it to make foam again then remove from the heat again.

6)Pour the ready coffee in to the coffee cups and wait for five minutes to let it sit.

7)Add cardamom pod for an extra flavor. This step is totally optional.

8)Serve hot and Enjoy Turkish Coffee!!

Coffee Freeze

What ingredients you will need:

1 cup milk

1 cup Cool Whip, frozen

1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding

1 tablespoon instant coffee

Directions:

1)Take a glass measuring cup of a large size. Add ice to measure in it enough for three cups.

2)Take a blender jug and place the

ice into the jug.

3)Add instant coffee, pudding, and frozen cool whip in it. Cover the jug and blend on high to make it smooth.

4)Pour in to glasses and serve it immediately.

5)Enjoy chilled Coffee Freeze!!
