What ingredients you will need:

1 1⁄2 cups sugar

1teaspoon cinnamon 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg

2 cups powdered cocoa mix (or 8 packs)

2 cups powdered coffee creamer

1cup instant coffee

Directions:

1) Take tins or jars and add all of the ingredients in it. Stir them well to mix.

2)Mix one third cup of heaping two tablespoons with two third cup of boiling water.

3)Nutmeg and cinnamon can be an alternative to the one and a half tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice.

4)Serve hot and enjoy Fireside Coffee!!

Mombasa Coffee

What ingredients you will need:

4 whole cloves

2 cups water

5 teaspoons coffee, freshly ground

3 cardamom pods, unhusked

2 cinnamon sticks

Directions:

1)Boil the cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom in the water in a bowl for approximately ten minutes.

2)Now add the coffee in it and boil

for an extra five minutes.

3)Pour the readied coffee into the coffee Jug but avoid straining the spices.

4)Let the coffee stand till the grounds settle. Pour into the small coffee cups.

5)Serve hot and enjoy Mombassa Coffee!!
