The Greatest Coffee Recipes : Masala Coffee and Viennese Coffee

Masala Coffee

What ingredients you will need:

6 tablespoons sugar

1 cinnamon stick (1-in long)

6 tablespoons coffee, regular grind

3 cups milk

5 cardamom pods

3 cups water

Directions:

1) Take a medium size sauce pan and add water with the milk in it and bring it to a boil. Add sugar, coffee,

cardamom pods and cinnamon in the saucepan with the boiling liquid.

2)Boil over the medium heat for three to four minutes and stir often.

3)Do not over boil it. Strain the coffee through the cheesecloth in to another pan.

4)Place the pan over heat and bring that to a boil.

5)Pour coffee from one pan to another until creamy and thick.

6)Pour into the coffee cups.

7)Serve immediately and enjoy Masala Coffee!!

Viennese Coffee

What ingredients you will need:

2⁄3 cup heavy cream

1teaspoon sugar

1dash cinnamon

1dash cocoa

1⁄2 cup good-quality chocolate, cut into pieces

2 1⁄2 cups very strong freshly brewed coffee

4 tablespoons light cream

Directions:

1)Take a saucepan and melt the chocolate in it. Add the light cream in it and stir it well top mix.

2)Gradually and gently add coffee while beating to make it frothy.

3)Take a cold bowl and add heavy cream and some sugar then whip it nicely.

4)Pour the coffee mixture in to the four cups.

5)Top the coffee with the heavy cream.

6)For garnish; use cocoa and cinnamon to sprinkle.

7)Serve and Enjoy Viennese Coffee!!
