Black Magic Cake

What ingredients you will need:

2 eggs

1 cup strong brewed coffee

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups white sugar

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

 

Directions:

1)    Turn on the oven and set that to a three hundred and fifty degrees Fahrenheit equivalent to hundred and seventy five degrees Centigrade.

2)   Take a baking dish of the size nine in to thirteen inches. Spray inside with some cooking spray to coat it.

3)   Take a bowl of a large size and add salt, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, sugar and flour in it. Stir it well to mix. Make a well right in the center of it.

4)   Add coffee, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and oil. Then beat for two to three minutes with the help of electric beater on a medium speed. This will make the batter thin.

5)   Pour the prepared batter into the prepared baking sheet. You can use the couple of nine inch round cake pans as well.

6)   Place the baking sheet in the prepared and preset oven and bake for thirty to thirty five minutes, or until lightly golden, try the toothpick test, insert the toothpick into the cake

and check whether it comes out clean.

7)   Remove from oven and allow it to cool for ten minutes keeping the cake in the pans.

8)   Turnover on the wire racks and fill the frost.

9)   Serve and enjoy Black Magic Cake!!

Party Frosting

 

What ingredients you will need:

1 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar

3 egg whites

1/4 cup strong brewed coffee

 

 

Directions:

1)    Turn on the stove and set that to a high heat, Take a large double boiler. Add water in it and bring it to a boil.

2)   Once comes to a boil reduce the heat to medium or low to make the water simmer.

3)   In the top of the double boiler add the egg whites, brown sugar, coffee, and cream of tartar, Beat with the electric beater for five to seven minutes to make it stiff peak.

4)   Remove it from the heat and then add the vanilla.

5)   Beat again for three to four minutes.

6)   Serve over the cakes or as desired, Enjoy Party Frosting!!
