Cappuccino Cookie Bar

 

 

What ingredients you will need:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup light brown sugar

1 egg yolk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 (1.5 ounce) bars chocolate candy

1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

1/2 cup ground coffee beans

 

Directions:

1)    Turn on the oven and set that to a three hundred and fifty degrees Fahrenheit equivalent to hundred and seventy five degrees Centigrade.

2)   Take a baking dish of the size nine in to thirteen inches. Spray inside with some cooking spray to coat it.

3)   Take a bowl of a large size and add the butter, cream, egg yolk and vanilla and brown sugar in it. Stir it well to combine and smooth.

4)   Combine in a separate bowl flour and salt and mix with the creamed mixture. Pour the mixture over the prepared baking sheet and spread it uniformly.

5)   Place the baking sheet in the preset and preheated oven and bake it for about fifteen minutes.

6)   Remove it from the oven and arrange the chocolate bars over the top of it making a single layer. Wait for the chocolate to turn soft enough to spread.

7)   Spread the chocolate smoothly and then sprinkle the ground coffee and walnuts over the top.

8)   Wait for the bars to completely cool then cut the bars into squares.

9)   Serve and enjoy Cappuccino Cookie Bars!!

Chocolate Chip Coffee Cookies

 

 

What ingredients you will need:

3 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3 cups milk chocolate chips

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup white sugar

2 eggs, beaten

3 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur

 

Directions:

1)    Turn on the oven and set that to a three hundred and fifty degrees Fahrenheit equivalent to hundred and seventy five degrees Centigrade.

2)   Line up the cookie sheets with the parchment papers.

3)   Take a bowl of a large size and add the butter, cream, white sugar and brown sugar in it. Stir it well to combine and smooth.

4)   Beat eggs in it one by one and then mix the coffee liqueur in it. Stir well.

5)   Combine the salt, baking soda and flour in a separate bowl. Then add the cinnamon and stir well to mix. Stir the ready mixture in the creamed mixture.

6)   Fold in the chips (chocolate) and pour over the cookie sheet with the help of rounded spoon.

7)   Place the cookie sheet in to the preset and preheated oven to bake it for about eight to ten minutes.

8)   Remove from heat and wait for ten minutes to let cool.

9)   Serve and enjoy chocolate chip coffee cookies!!
