Effortless Extra Rich Creamer
This is perfect when you need some creamer right this very minute. As long as you have a can of coconut milk in your pantry, you can have this creamer.
- can full fat coconut milk
- tablespoons coconut sugar or to taste
Add the coconut milk and coconut sugar to your blender and blend until the sugar is incorporated. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. You will need to shake before each use.
Makes about 1 ½ cups.
Vanilla Coconut Creamer
This creamer is made with dried coconut. You can also make your own coconut milk with this method and save a ton of money.
1/2 cup shredded coconut 1 cup water
1 – 2 tablespoons maple syrup, to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put the shredded coconut in your blender. Blend to break down the coconut into small pieces. Add the water and blend until smooth. This will take a minutes in a high speed blender and a few more in a regular blender.
Strain the coconut mixture through a small strainer or nut milk bag to get out any remaining coconut particles.
Repeat one more time if you’d like it to be extra smooth.
Put the strained liquid into the blender with the maple syrup and vanilla. Blend until the sweetener is mixed in well.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. You will need to shake before each use.
