Coffee Flavored Fruit Dip

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened


1 (8 ounce) container sour cream


1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup coffee-flavored liqueur


1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed




1.Place cream cheese, sour cream, brown sugar and coffee-flavored liqueur in a medium bowl. Blend together with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in thawed frozen whipped topping. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.

1/2 cup shortening 1 egg


2 tablespoons instant coffee powder


2/3 cup white sugar

1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


3/4 cup all-purpose flour





1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.


2.In a medium bowl, cream together the shortening, sugar and coffee. Beat in the egg, flour, vanilla and chopped nuts. Mix until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets


3.Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are golden. Let cool on wire racks.
